If you’re not totally obsessed with your BiteBeauty.com purchase, return or exchange it free (no return shipping or handling fees) within 60 days of purchase. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
– When you return your purchase to BiteBeauty.com by mail within 60 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s).
– Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 60 days.
Here's how to return or exchange your item(s)
01. Fill out the Returns + Exchanges form on the back of your order summary—use the top box for returns, the bottom box for exchanges. Place the completed form with your item(s) in the original BiteBeauty.com packaging, or any well-padded envelope or box.
02. Create and print your FREE USPS return label here, and attach it securely to the package.
03. Seal up the box and drop it off anywhere in the U.S. mail!
Once you’ve created a return label and sent it back to us, you can track your return. Look out for an email confirmation—we’ll let you know when your return is received and processing!

Unfortunately, we can’t offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. Only credit back to the original form of payment is available.
